6. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms and the relationships arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, taking into account mandatory provisions of European Union law, including consumer protection and personal data protection law.

Disputes about the interpretation or performance of these terms are resolved first by negotiation between the parties. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the competent Estonian court, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

As a consumer you may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet) or to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.

7. Severability and changes

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Where possible, the invalid provision is replaced with one that most closely matches its original purpose.

Meixit may change these terms unilaterally at any time by publishing a new version on the website. Changes do not retroactively affect rights and obligations that arose before they took effect.
