IT strategy planning
A customized IT strategy for your company that accounts for current needs and future growth.
Service · Strategy
We plan, implement and monitor an IT strategy that supports your business goals and puts technology resources to efficient use.

Why this matters
Technology gets bought and maintained ad hoc, without a shared plan. Servers and cloud services get configured by different people at different times. Licences stay paid for people who left months ago. Nobody can say which systems are critical, or what happens when one of them fails.
In a smaller company this role usually lands on the CEO, the accountant or whoever on the team is most technical. That works, until the first serious outage, audit or growth spurt exposes the gaps. Meixit takes ownership of the IT side as a whole: keeping the overview, setting priorities and carrying decisions through.

If you need an independent assessment of where you stand before committing to ongoing work, start with IT consulting and move to management afterwards. What keeping an IT function running through growth actually involves is described on our track record page; for the tidying-up and savings side, see the Inbank story.
What is included
Each piece is delivered as a concrete outcome, not an ongoing conversation.
A customized IT strategy for your company that accounts for current needs and future growth.
We analyze existing systems and optimize them to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
We apply ITIL best practices and automate repetitive processes.
We identify unnecessary costs and propose ways to optimize the IT budget.
We assess your IT environment and produce an actionable plan tied to business goals.
We execute IT transformations with minimal disruption to daily operations.
How we work
We change things only once it is clear what you have today and where the biggest risk sits.
Systems, vendors, licences, devices, who has access to what and where the data lives.
What breaks most painfully, what is paid for without use, where you depend on a single person.
A short list of what gets done in which order, and the measurable outcome of each step.
Configuration, migration, documentation and user training, keeping business disruption minimal.
Regular reviews, tracking updates and licences, adjusting the plan as business needs change.
What you get
You are left with an up-to-date overview of systems, licences and contracts in one place, a written IT plan with priorities and owners, tidy access rights, a view of IT spend and one contact to reach when something breaks. At Inbank, this approach delivered over 400 000 € in savings through automated device provisioning with MDM, an Atlassian Cloud migration and process optimization.
Questions
IT management is ongoing responsibility for your IT environment; consulting is time-boxed advice or analysis. With management we keep the overview, execute the plan and stay available day to day. Consulting ends with an assessment, plan or technology choice that you or another partner can implement. Many clients start with consulting and switch to ongoing management once the plan is set.
Both are possible and agreed before we start. If you have a system administrator, we take on strategy, vendor contracts and larger projects while daily user support stays with them. If there is no IT person, or they are leaving, we cover the role in full and document the environment so you no longer depend on any single individual.
It depends on the number of systems and whether documentation exists. A smaller, mostly cloud-based environment can be mapped in a few weeks; multiple sites, on-premise servers and older software take longer. We give a time estimate after the first conversation, once we know which systems are involved.
No. We do not resell a single vendor's stack and we start from what you already have. We recommend a change only when the current solution does not cover the need, creates a security risk or causes unjustified cost, and we put the reasoning in writing.
Metrics are agreed at the start, based on the mapping results. We usually track the number of risks closed, recovery capability for critical systems, changes in licences and spend, and how often work is blocked because no process has been described.
Start with a conversation and a mapping exercise, not with tool selection. Use the form below or call +372 5699 0777. In the first conversation we establish which systems are in use and what hurts most, then propose the order to work through it.
