AI Automation

We deploy artificial intelligence that delivers measurable value

We help you choose, configure and adopt AI-powered tools and automation that simplify your business processes and save time.

01

The problem AI automation solves

Every company has work done by hand only because nobody ever redesigned it. Copying data between systems, writing repetitive emails, entering invoice and order details, assembling the weekly report from one spreadsheet into another.

This work is not difficult, but it consumes time and creates errors, especially when done in a hurry by someone whose actual role is something else.

Automation hands those steps to a system and leaves the exceptions to people. If your plan is broader AI adoption, see also AI implementation.

02

How we work

We automate only once the process is clear. Automating a messy process just speeds up the mess.

  • Describing the workflow step by step with the people who actually do the work.
  • Selecting candidates: high-volume, repetitive work with clear rules goes first.
  • Building the solution using existing system integrations and, where useful, AI for text or document processing.
  • Handling exceptions: what happens when data is missing or does not match the pattern.
  • Testing on real data and switching over gradually, keeping the old way as a fallback until results are confirmed.
03

What the client gets

The result is less manual work and a clearer view of where work gets stuck.

  • An automated workflow with documentation of how it works and who can change it.
  • Connections between systems that remove repeated copying.
  • Reporting that produces itself and stays current.
  • A list of exceptions and an agreement on who handles them.
  • A trained team able to use the solution and fix simple issues themselves.
04

Who it suits

It suits companies where several systems do not talk to each other and people fill the gap by hand. Also those whose workload is growing without wanting to grow the team at the same pace.

It fits finance, sales support and customer service workflows particularly well, where actions repeat and rules can be described.

If disorganised systems or unclear access rights are blocking automation, order comes first: see IT management and IT consulting.

Process automation

We identify repetitive, time-consuming tasks that can be handed over to automated solutions.

AI implementation

We select and deploy practical AI solutions suited to your company size and needs.

Data analysis and decision support

We organize data into a clear form so management has a faster overview and a better basis for decisions.

Workflow optimization

We connect different systems and tools so information flows smoothly and manual handovers are reduced.

Document and text processing

We use AI to process contracts, reports and other unstructured information faster.

User support and knowledge bases

We set up intelligent assistants that help your team and clients find information faster.

Frequently asked questions about AI automation

What is the difference between AI automation and AI implementation?

Automation focuses on handing existing repetitive work to a system; implementation means adopting AI more broadly, including new capabilities. In practice they overlap: automation is often the first and fastest-paying step.

Which processes are worth automating first?

The best candidates are high-volume, repetitive tasks with clear rules. For example moving data between systems, reading information off documents, sending standard notifications and producing recurring reports.

Does automation require replacing our systems?

Usually not. We build connections on top of existing systems where they offer an API or another integration path. We recommend replacement only when the current system obstructs the work even without automation.

Who maintains the automated workflow afterwards?

That is agreed before building. The workflow is documented so your team can make simple changes, and if you wish we stay on as the maintenance partner for larger changes and failures.

How much volume is needed for automation to pay off?

The rule is simple: if the work happens weekly and takes a meaningful share of someone's time, it is worth reviewing. Before building we estimate the time cost and expected result together with you, so the decision is not based on a guess.
